New Patient Registration
Anyone in England can register with a GP surgery. It's free to register.
You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.
The Practice covers most parts of Harpurhey, some parts of Blackley and some parts of Moston. Please ask at reception for the full boundary details.
If you live outside of our area we are unable to register you as a patient.
A leaflet is available at reception giving details of our Practice and our registration procedure. If after reading our leaflet you qualify and wish to register, a receptionist will make you an appointment.
New patients will be offered a health check as part of our registration process.
Please note, you can also register online by clicking on the Online Consult icon on the Home page and then selecting the 'New Patient Registration' form and completing this.
Guide to GP Services
The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them. You can download the guide below.
